Production Introduction

Microwave sensor, also known as microwave radar sensor, is an instrument made of the doppler principle of electromagnetic wave.


As we know, any wave has the characteristic of reflection. When a wave of a certain frequency meets an obstacle, a part of the wave will be reflected back. If the obstacle is stationary, the wavelength of the reflected wave is constant. The object is moving towards the wave source, and the wavelength of the reflected wave is shorter than the wave source. If the object moves in the direction away from the wave source, the wavelength of the reflected wave is longer than the wave source. The change of the wavelength means a change of frequency. Microwave induction is precisely through the change of the reflected wave to know that a moving object is approaching or moving away.
