Robot Access Automatic Door Smart Tag Receiver

In addition to the robot electronic tag, also the RFID tag kit used for vehicle and pet.

In the modern society, the repid development of science and technology, automation industry and robot industry has been applied throughout people's life.

This electric tag kit is used to help the robot realize the automatic door activation and opening function. The wireless receiver is connected with automatic door opener, and electric tag is inserted into the robot by USB port. The electric tag is designed to match the serial number of the robot in the production. After match the receiver and the room number, when the robot need to enter any one door, the robot will send the door open instruction of the room number, then the tag will transform the instruction to the door opening signal and send to the receiver, the receiver received the signal and send to the door opener, the final action of door opening is performed by automatic door opener.

Match the receiver and the Room Number

Press the receiver's learning button once, Led indicator is off, entering the matching mode.

a. Send the room number by smart tag (The maximum room number can be set to 9999)

The robot send the room number by smart tag, blue LED indicator of receiver is on, learning is succesful. Until the red LED indicator is on, return to the standby state.

b. Send the room number by remote controller

Press the remote controller's button, the ABCD button of the remote controller corresponds to the four-digit room number. Press the button once, and the number is cycled from 0 to 9. The blue indicator light of the receiver will flash for corresponding times. No operation, until the red LED indicator is on, return to the standby state. (Note: The interval between pressing the remote control button continuously must be more than 500ms)

When the wireless receiver is connected with automatic door operator, cable wiring and technical parametrs as below:

1, The power input of receiver is AD/DC 12-30V, the robot tag is inserted by USB poer, power supply is DC 5V.

2, Door open signal output terminal: NO1, COM1; Door close signal ouput terminal: NO2, COM2.

3, External entenna with ANT(Antenna hardware interface)  and GND (Ground interface)

4, Demensions: 52mm(L)x52mm(W)x22.5mm(H) (Receiver); 45mm(L)x23mm(W)x9.6mm(H) (robot tag)

5, Packing list: Each electric tag kit is included Robot tag, Receiver, 3M tape, Operation instructions, and remote controller is optional.
