Infrared sensor, usually devided to active infrared sensor and passive infrared sensor, used for automatic door for activation.

Active infrared sensor, it works by sending actively the infrared light in the sensor radiation range for detection, when the reflected infrared light is blocked or interfered by the human body or objects, it will trigger the signal to open the door, the automatic door will be activated.

For example, the active infrared sensor is in the nomal working mode, when the people is approaching and entered the infrared radiating range, the infrared light will be blocked, the reflected infrared light of sensor are changed, so as to determine that there are pedestrians or objects in the induction range, send a signal to open the door.

So, due to the characteristic of infrared technology, this type sensor is more suitable for narrow space's automatic door activation. It is different from microwave sensor.

6, Mode setting: it is designed specially for situations where two sensors are used in a close space, set to mode A or B respectively to prevent interference with each other.

Production Introduction

1. Stick installing paper on the mounting position, according to the instruction on the paper to drill the mounting hole of 3.5mm and cable entrance hole of 10mm.

2. Fix the underframe on the wall with two screws.

3. Fix the main detector on the underframe.

4. Connect the sensor and autodoor controller.The grey cable is for power supply. The yellow cable is for signal contact. Neither of them are polarized.

5. Keep the connect cable hidden.

6. Install the outer cover after all parameters be set.
